Rancho El Fresnal is located in the municipality of Concepción de Buenos Aires, Jalisco, and can be accessed by two routes: The first is approximately 9 km (5.59 miles) from the municipal seat of Concepción de Buenos Aires, and the second is 15 km (9.32 miles) from the municipal seat of La Manzanilla de la Paz.

The ranch is located at an altitude between 1,900 and 2,300 meters above sea level, with a semi-humid temperate climate, average maximum temperatures of 27.2°C and minimum temperatures of 6°C, and an average annual rainfall of 995 mm. The land is used for hilly and agricultural purposes.

Rancho El Fresnal has a total area of approximately 75.50-8.57 hectares. (186.56 Acres) Three types of soil are found within the ranch: loam, sandy loam, and clay loam. (Images of the soil physical analysis performed by a certified laboratory are attached.)

Two reservoirs have been installed for water storage.

The first has a capacity of 11,000,000 m3 and the second has a capacity of 15,000,000 m3, allowing for a total storage capacity of up to 26,000,000 m3.

Additionally, there are two surface water sources, the first with an approximate volume of 14 m3 per hour and the second with a volume of 12 m3 per hour.

**Part of the area is planted as follows:**38 hectares (93.90 Acres) of Hass avocado, in a 4 x 6 meter grid, in the following areas and planting ages: • 11 hectares (27.18 Acres) with micro-sprinkler irrigation, 5 years old. • 8 hectares (19.76 Acres) with pigtail drip irrigation, 4 years old. • 4 hectares (9.8842 Acres) with simple drip irrigation, 3 years old. • 3 hectares (7.62 Acres) with simple drip irrigation, 2 years old. • 2 hectares (4.94 Acres) with simple drip irrigation, 1 year old. • 5 hectares (12. 35 Acres) with irrigation where the avocado plantation failed, but where lemons and other crops can be planted.

Of the 75.5 hectares (186 Acres), 47.50 hectares (117.37 Acres) remain, of which 39 hectares(97.37 Acres) can be planted. Only 8.5 hectares (21 Acres) correspond to ravines, pine and oak wooded areas, and internal ranch roads. The ranch fronts have cyclone fencing. There are pumping systems to fill the water tanks, and a 25hp diesel generator.
