Left over from a boat restoration project. Sold as a set to ensure you have lots of parts available. I have seen and heard both of these motors run just last fall. However, I am not set up to get them running at this time. These motors were the very best of their day and had a reputation of being depenable and powerful.

1. Mercury Tower of Power Serial # 5414709 Late 1979 with "Thunderbolt" (improvered alternator driven) Ignition. Came off a regularly used boat. New water pump impeller. Water pressure tube needs to be replaced (I have the correct tube). Has an aftermarket fuel pump. Comes with wiring harness, controls and stand.

2. Mercury Tower of Power. Can’t read Serial # but came off a 1982 boat that had not been repowered. "Thunderbolt" (improvered alternator driven) . New spark plugs. Carburetors appear to leak and will at least need new gaskets. Comes with wiring harness, controls and stand.
