Commercial electric brand, ceiling fan support box with brace kit for new construction. Are you doing a remodel? Do you need to install a ceiling fan? This makes it so you can mount your junction box in between the joists in your ceiling and still have a stable mounting point. There are $20 plus tax at Home Depot, I'm asking $15 for mine.
