*Like new condition! 1 of the chairs look like they had some small paint splater marks that could possibly be cleaned off. But still very much in useable condition! See pics. Also, the color of the fabric is a lighter brown color than what the photos reflect. The stock photo is actually a closer visual of the Latte color.
