This unit has been kept indoors for all but the last two years. There are no leaks no stains and soft spots. I bought it from the original owner and they only took it in the dirt once. I bought it cleaned and have not used it. Change my mind on what I wanted. Now trying to sell it. Very clean very nice camper. I went through it from top to bottom. Everything works and has been tested. What it needs are two new batteries that’s all. Load your stuff in and go play. There is a blow up raft and some life jackets that came with it and those will stay with it. Has some dishes included as well. It does have two large propane tanks. It also pulls very nicely down the road. The breaks were done right before I bought it and tires still ok. The pictures and video is what was sent to me when I purchased. Sorry I don’t have any different ones right now but it has not changed other than cleaned and all linens washed and vacuumed really well and all walls and everything washed down.
