Selling this sectional, it’s a few years old and has moderate wear from everyday use, it’s been well maintained and has no odor from pets or smoke. It’s clean and comfortable. Cons are the springs in the center have been worn a bit so center sinks slightly when sitting, and slight wear on the fabric just due to age, couple small scratches and the corner is banged a bit. Besides that this is a great large sectional safe and clean for families looking for something accommodating and cheap!
