This is a friction trainer for your bicycle. I didn't put too many miles on it, because I was riding outside ALOT. It's not a smart trainer, and that's why it's priced so low. The friction shifter is a little damaged, but that part is an easy fix. Requires little to no mechanical knowledge, but will need an adapter if you don't have quick release hubs.
