About the ranch - This ranch is located in a greenbelt of Weber County. There are no services as they are not allowed in agreement with the county to maintain its wilderness. There are approximately 700 lots spanning over 5000 acres of private mountain property. Sourdough is owned by a corporation (us) and managed by a board of elected Sourdough members, elected by us. As a member, you own one share of the corporation and that share grants you the right to lease a ½ acre. Your membership is yours and can be passed to your children.
