The model is a Sceptre U650cv-u. It's several years old, but works as well as it ever has. No dead pixels or any issues at all. Added a picture of the blue screen to show no damage or dead spots.
It is not a smart tv, so you'll need a streaming box. included is a compatible wall mount, though this does still have the legs attached right now.
