You can use it as a loft bed with a play space underneath, or put a mattress on the bottom and have 2 bunks. See photos for all dimensions.
My son has loved this bed and found it so fun to drape a blanket over the top to create a tent. He’s too tall for the top now and we’re moving, so we must sell. It’s a great bed! I have it all disassembled and shrink wrapped for easy pick up. Instructions and hardware is all included.
If you would like the mattress, I will include it. It is clean, always had a cover on it, and shrink wrapped (clean, aside from the few cat hairs that got on it while I was shrink wrapping it). I do have another matching mattress for the bottom that I can include for an additional $75.
