Architectural shingle roof with aluminum soffit and fascia and 2-2’x3’ operable windows for light and ventilation. Size of shed =12’ 2 1/2” on door side x 10’ 2 1/2”. Door: double door, opening width is 5’3” total shed height is approximately 10’. The shelving on the back wall is 24” deep and the shelving on the side wall is 13” deep. There is a small loft that measures 2’7” deep x 10’ wide **You will need to arrange for removal of shed via crane and flatbed trailer.
