VenmoOur 6 pampered Duck Hens are each laying X-large and beautiful eggs every day! We keep enclosures dry and clean and feed an extremely healthy diet, especially because they are raised by and taken care of by children learning how to raise and care for farm animals!
Angels Among Us Farm is a resource for children and families desiring to enjoy the MANY healthy benefits of farming! It is also a resource for other organizations such as Youth groups and Scouts.
In order for us to obtain feed, materials, vet bills, and host family education activities, we sell items, such as eggs and crafts, for donations.
A.A.U.Farm is completely non-profit and is meant to be a community work of love.
Please consider adding Duck Eggs to your favorite baked goods or omelette recipes, as the health benefits and rich , buttery-like flavor far outweigh even the most spoiled chicken’s egg.
Duck eggs are only sold in specialty markets or straight from farms because they are considered a baker’s secret, as well as being a tad bit more cost. This is due to the production cost and labor requirements for the farmers. Duck Farming is a lot of work, as they are water birds needing prepared environments in order to thrive.
Then, add Love to the farm-care equation and you have a very healthy (and happily produced) food product.
