"More Trailer For Your Money"
8.5 x 20 Look ST DLX 10K Enclosed Cargo Trailer – Ready To Work!
.080 PolyCor, Alloy Wheels, Black Out Package
The Look ST Deluxe (ST DLX) is the brand's "step-up" economy model. While many entry-level trailers are built with hat-posts or Z-bars, the ST Deluxe uses a full tube-frame construction. It is designed for the high-frequency user who wants a trailer that won’t "loosen up" over time but doesn't need the flashy bells and whistles of a custom race hauler.
KEY STANDARD FEATURES Structural Steel Tube Walls & Roof Bows Most economy trailers use flimsy "Z-post" wall studs. The ST Deluxe features 1" x 1" or 1" x 1.5" steel tube wall posts and roof bows.
High-Performance DryMax Flooring & Walls The interior is finished with 3/4" DryMax flooring and 3/8" DryMax wall liners.
Battlecoat™ & Automotive Undercoating The trailer features a dual-layer protection system against the elements.
.030 Aluminum Semi-Screwless Exterior The exterior skin is upgraded to .030 gauge aluminum (thicker than the .024 standard) and is applied using a semi-screwless method.
The Benefit: Screws are only used on the seams, while the "field" of the panel is bonded with VHB tape. This results in a much smoother appearance that won't "oil-can" or ripple as much in the summer heat.
Upgrading to Polycore (Composite) Siding on your Look ST Deluxe units is one of the single best investments you can make for longevity and resale value.
While standard .030 aluminum with screws has been the industry benchmark for years, it is prone to "oil canning" (warping) and structural fatigue at the screw points. Polycore is a "sandwich" material—a high-density polyethylene (plastic) core bonded between two layers of aluminum—that changes how the trailer looks and performs.
THE TOP 5 BENEFITS OF POLYCORE VS. .030 SCREWED SIDING
Eliminates "Oil Canning" (Waves)
Superior Impact & Dent Resistance
No "Spider Cracking" or Leaking at Screw Holes
Thermal and Sound Insulation
Better Aesthetics for Graphics and Branding
**Seamless
