What She Is: Smart as a whip and wants to please. She has had 65 rides as of 2/11/26. Green/not finished, but has a solid foundation. Spins, side pass, open/close gates, back up, stops on queue, glides smoothly through all gates, and travels well in a trailer. Has been hauled to barrel racing jackpots, taught multiple 4H ride nights on her, and has been out on some trail rides.

Work Highlights: \

• Go all day. She is small but mighty! Not once has she quit on me. \
• Sure footed with rock hard feet! Great to trim and work with her feet. \
• Soft mouthed in a flat bar O ring bit. Regular snaffle bit she tends to not like so much. Loves a bit with a roller/cricket. \
• Can swig a rope off her and drag logs. Has not been to the roping pen though. \
• Will stand in hobbles all day if needed.

Temperament & Manners: \

• Top mare personality in the pen with other horses. After adjustment period gets along great with mares, geldings, and young horses. \
• Pleasant attitude on the ground and in the saddle. Perks up when it’s time to get moving and working. \
• Perfect size for a cowgirl/teenager.\
• Super smart. Catches onto things fast and remembers it well. \
• Does well with time off, but not for extended periods of time just yet. (2+ months)

The Honest Parts: Gale will make a great all around horse! Still green, but ready to grow! Gale will do best with an experienced or intermediate rider growing their horsemanship. Has been around kids, but NOT kid or grandma broke. She is not mean, but needs guidance from confident horsemanship. She needs a job/wants to work. Can get a little hot, but also will calm down/reset after a breather. A bit touchy/watchy in new surroundings but doesn’t bolt, rear, buck, or move out from under you. Responds quickly when asked to go faster but takes a few extra strides to slow her down.

🦋Gale will be a great horse to grow with. Her ability to learn new things is outstanding and impressive. If you want a horse that has enough knowledge to be safe, but not too dull, Gale is your gal.
