Meet Teddy, a stunning 1 and a 1/2-year-old Standard Poodle with movie-star looks and an absolute sweetheart personality to match. With those long legs and that gorgeous curly coat, he turns heads everywhere he goes—but it’s his loving nature that really steals the show.

Teddy adores kids and lives for backyard adventures. If there are giggles and a game of tag involved, he’s all in! After playtime, he’s perfectly happy relaxing nearby, keeping an eye on his favorite humans. He doesn’t need to be in your lap—just close enough to see you. He’s house trained, knows his basic commands, and is incredibly smart—because, well… poodle. 🧠 That brilliant brain means he’ll thrive with continued training and fun enrichment activities. He’ll also need regular grooming to keep those fabulous curls looking their best.

Teddy does well with most dogs when introductions are slow and respectful. Puppies, however, are a bit too much for his refined tastes—they tend to cramp his calm, collected style. He’d much rather have mature canine companions who understand personal space.

Because he didn’t get a lot of attention during his first year, Teddy can experience a little separation anxiety. He prefers being near his people and isn’t a fan of the kennel. Outside alone? Not his favorite either—he’ll let you know about it. At night, he’d choose snoozing on the floor beside you over anywhere else. He simply loves being part of the family.
