Designed specifically for aggressive trail riding, the Maverick X xc 1000R takes Can-Am’s proven sport performance and packages it into a narrow 60-inch platform. The result is a machine that thrives in tight woods, technical trails, and fast-paced terrain where precision and control matter most.

At the heart of the Maverick X xc is the 976cc Rotax 1000R V-twin engine producing an impressive 101 horsepower. This liquid-cooled powerplant delivers strong, responsive acceleration and race-inspired performance, making it one of the most powerful trail-focused side-by-sides in its class. Dual exhaust and fuel injection ensure smooth power delivery across the rev range, whether you’re accelerating out of corners or charging down a straightaway.

Handling & Suspension

The innovative Torsional Trailing A-arm (TTA) rear suspension provides 12 inches of travel while minimizing bump steer and maximizing tire contact with the ground.
