This is 1 time used kit that you can install inserts into your head that have been stripped out or pulled out. Its comparable to the time sert kit. I used this kit once on my 03 camry and it saved me from junking the motor. I was able to install and fix my leaking head gasket. Look this kit up online if you want to see how good it is. It sells for 380 on ebay and online. Im not needing anymore since fixed my car. It comes with 2 inserts plus all the needed tooling,instructions. If you need more inserts you can get from the vendor about 8 bucks a piece.
