Hi, I'm Xena - yes, like Xena: Warrior Princess, but my greatest battle right now is conquering your heart. I'm a 1-year-old bull terrier with strength, smarts, and a whole lot of personality packed into this adorable noggin. Sometimes new situations can make me a little unsure at first, but give me a moment (and maybe a tasty treat), and I rise to the occasion like the brave heroine I'm named after. Once I'm comfortable, I'm affectionate, social, and ready to lean in for pets - I'll even hop up to join in on hugs because every warrior deserves a cuddle break. I love to play, I'm eager to engage with my people, and I've got the focus and determination my breed is famous for. With a patient, confident sidekick to guide me and keep building my confidence, I'll trade my warrior armor for a forever home and be your loyal companion in all of life's adventures.
