This is a top of the line heater and AC unit, rated at 12,000 BTU's. It does have all of the necessary attachments, including a window slide. it's practically new, and goes for around 425 dollars out of box. This has barely been used at all, so I'm letting it go. Only asking for 225 or best offer.
