Selling our NordicTrack XI 2200 treadmill (about 1 year old). We upgraded to a new treadmill and are just clearing space.

What works great:\

• Belt/motor run\
• Console/buttons responsive\
• Speed changes normally\
• Overall in good shape

Disclosure: The incline only goes up to about ~6% (it seems limited vs. what it should do). Everything else functions well, and we’ve been using it as-is without problems.

Included: treadmill + power cord (and any accessories/manuals if you have them)

Pickup: Lehi— you’ll need at least 2 people (it’s heavy).
