Here is everything I know about the OEM Subaru Forester Rear Wing Spoiler . . .
In Japan the SG Foresters ran from 02-07. They had brake lights. The ones from 02-04 (Pre-Facelift) did not have the through bolts on the top sides with the cover caps. The brake light hardware was accessed by two small caps on the inside edge of the wing. They were a bit more curvy where the spoiler met the sides of the hatch/door and smoother transition on the top sides.
The JDM brake light version from 05-07 (Face-Lift) had the top through bolts and cover caps (which are very hard to find). The underside had two color matched seal covered circular openings to access the brake light mounting hardware. The top sides had a little sharper transition. The part no. was 96033SA100xx.
In the US, the SG Foresters ran from 03-08 and the spoiler wing option did not have a brake light. It was part no. E721SSA010xx (xx was the two letter color designation i.e. PSM 01G being TG). These were made by AIC, USA and can still be bought from Subaru, part no. E721SSA010NN (NN is the unpainted designation) The style was the same as the pre-face light JDM versions but without the brake light, as stated.
The ONLY exception that I know of in the US that had the brake light was the 08 Forester XT Sports LL Bean Edition. This was in the post-facelift style and was part no. 96032SA100xx.
I have for sale a post face lift spoiler wing with brake light. The color is Champaign Gold Pearl - 93H and under that I believe is Aspen White (aka Pure White) - 51E and has the bolt/screw hardware. It's in pretty good shape. I have also sourced the hard to find bolt cap covers which are 3D printed.
