This is a 1955 Kimball 39" spinet in a beautiful walnut finish that we’ve completely refinished and refurbished here in my piano shop.
Kimball was one of the leading American piano makers through the mid-20th century, and this compact 39" spinet is a great example of their craftsmanship. Its size makes it an excellent choice for smaller spaces, while still offering the feel and sound of a true acoustic piano.
My skilled piano artisans completed the following work on this piano:
- Cabinetry refinished
- Thorough cleaning
- Action tightening, alignment, and lubrication
- Full action regulation
- Metal hardware replated
- Voicing for consistent touch and tone
- Pitch-raise
- Tuning to A440
This piano is ideal for families, beginners, or anyone who wants an affordable, compact acoustic piano with a fresh walnut finish. Thanks to the work we’ve done, it’s ready to provide many more years of dependable music-making.
