Does not have 2009 because the US Mint didn't strike an Ultra Cameo that year. There were mint strikes by the US Mint, but no proof strikes. These sets were assembled to remember the presidential act that brought back the Silver Eagle. All matching it would take years to collect these one at a time and still not have matching slabs and labels. All key dates.
