I bought this for my basement and it is too large for the space. It was a display model at a store. It was never hooked up but has some minor exterior dings and dents. Once installed you won’t be able to see them. Everything else looks new.
It does need the front facade which are $200-300 depending which one you get and the interior brick/black liner that are $350-400. My local Fireplace dealer said they can get all the parts needed and install it for a charge of course. This way you can at least choose what look you want.
