I would say good condition, but there is a little marker stain and then the bottom sheet began to tear (both shown in pictures). The bed frame is a headboard bolted into the metal king frame. Includes the king box spring (which is two twin box springs). Take everything for $150 (a kingsize beddys sells new for over $500)
