Shipping container home for sale. This project was started with a friend on property in Duchesne and has been built out over the past few years as time allowed. With limited availability to continue working on it, I’ve decided to sell rather than let it take a few more years to finish the final details.

The container is approximately 90% complete. What remains are minor finish items: some touch-up painting, tile in the shower, and completing the kitchen cabinets with countertops.

All drainage lines are completed underneath the container. All electrical is complete and the unit is set up for either generator power or connection to permanent power. Everything shown in the pictures is exactly how it currently sits.

The remaining kitchen cabinet piece (one corner section) is already on site and just needs to be built and attached to the existing cabinets.

The container must sit slightly off the ground due to plumbing. Upon sale, the railroad ties it is currently sitting on will be included so it can be properly set. The container will need to be craned off the property, which could potentially be worked into the deal depending on location.

I’m asking $30,000, which reflects what I have invested in materials and time into the container so far.
