Shipping container home for sale.

I started building this shipping container home with my friend on property in Duchene. It’s taken a few years to work on it as time is limited to spend up in Duchene working on the container.

Container is about 90% complete. There’s a few odds and ends that need to be done such as some touchup painting, tile in the shower, and finish building the kitchen cabinets with countertops.

The container is great and I would keep it, but I just don’t have the time to work on it and don’t want to spend another few years to finish these few things with the limited time I have.

Asking $40,000 which is what I’ve spent on all the material and time in the container itself so far.

 All of the drainage lines are completed under the container. Everything you see in the pictures is as it sits.

Happy to answer any questions about it. Potentially willing to negotiate finishing some of the items before selling but would rather sell as is.

 The rest of the kitchen cabinets needed which is one corner piece is already on site and just needs to be built and attached to the existing cabinets. All of the electrical is complete. Set up for a generator or connection to permanent power.

 The shipping container has to sit slightly after ground due to the plumbing, so upon selling the container I will give you the railroad ties to set it on that it currently sits on. Also, the container will need to be craned off the property and could potentially be worked into the deal depending on the location.
