Need 1-2 people to do some landscaping. Will pay $35/hr each for 1 or 2 people.

You MUST be able to: -level a line and calculate drop over distance -level sand/dirt/gravel over distance -experience with operating a plate compactor

Job details include putting in a perimeter retaining wall with in the following order: excavate down 2-4 inches, 2 inches gravel, cap stone/cinder block/cap stone layered and adhesive caulked together. Perimeter must be leveled north to south with a 12 inch drop over 70+ feet east to west.

After perimeter wall complete, following layers completed in order: -4 inches dirt and compacted. -weed barrier. -3 inches of 3/4 minus gravel and compacted -weed barrier. -2 inches sand. -weed barrier

Wheelbarrows, shovels, compactor, caulk gun will be provided. Gloves, levels, any other tools you may need must be provided by you.

All blocks, caps, dirt, gravel, sand, weed barrier, liquid cement will be provided.

Access to the house will not be provided, plan restroom breaks accordingly.

Yard access will be primarily Friday-Sunday.
