Electric Powered. Lightweight. Arm rests come off and seat can be removed for easy transportation.
Owner passed away before he could use the scooter. Never been used.
Can be used indoors or out. Has a nice turning radius for tight corners.
Wheels are solid rubber, with good tread.
Horn button is there on handlebar, but the horn does not work. Unsure why.
Comes with owners manual with full instructions on use and handling.
