This is a beautiful example of pottery from 1900-1920's. It is the drip glaze design that starts at the top with a olive green color, the middle is a light gold and the bottom is a darker gold. The pattern has lion heads with a floral swag. The glaze is a gloss. It measures 5 1/2 inches tall x 6 1/2 inches wide. It is 3 1/2 inches at the bottom. The only mark on this is a number 249. There is a glaze skip Inside the pot at the bottom as shown in the pictures. There is a small scratch on the outside. Also shown in the pictures. It is a very old piece so the wear is consistant with age and use. Selling for a parent. Price is firm.
