It's a 99 Teton Homes Fifth wheel, about 32ft long and has 3 slideouts. It is in need of quite a bit of work, mostly water damage. Previous owner said the roof had been resealed. I climbed up there and didn't see any visible damage. Feels sturdy and looks whole. Most of the water damage is in the very back of the trailer and looks like it is from the slideouts not sealing right. All three slides go in and out, however one of them is not connnected to the switch for some reason and you have to use a battery on the wires. It needs a bit of wiring done. I do know the 12v interior lights work, the towing lights work, and the electric jack worked before the motor went out. (I can replace that if you're serious about buying it.) I don't know the condition of any of the appliances, I have not tried any of them nor have I hooked it up to power or water. A previous owner took all of the furniture out of it, so it's like a blank slate. It is huge on the inside with all the slides out. Actually a pretty nice trailer if you were to fix it up. I just don't have the time or knowledge to fix it. Similar trailers this model and year in good condition go for 25k all day long. Teton Homes was a very high quality manufacturer.

I think 1000 bucks is a steal to be honest, I just need it gone. I will also trade for a running driving vehicle.
