My brother purchased this to do some exotic border cuts on some stenciling projects he intended to work on, but health issues arose and prohibited from doing more than a single project.

As the pictures show, the Rotary Cutter and blade within it are in excellent like new shape, and the two additional spare blades are still new in their sealed packaging.

Combined, these three items would run you far more than $30.00, so my asking price of $6.00 FOR ALL THREE ITEMS is a very fair deal - and less than the retail cost price shown on just one of the spare blades.
