This is a brand new item. I opened it up to make sure that all the pieces were there and they are. We purchased it and decided not to use it. It is approximately 27 1/2" tall on one side and on what I'm calling the tree side it is approximately 38" tall. It is approximately 12" deep. The two lower spaces have doors that open downward.
