It has a bathroom in it, if you choose to set it up again. we didnt need the bathroom area. The bathroom area Is where the kennels are. It’s an 18 x 8.5‘ trailer. It does not come with a generator, we have it hooked up to RV hook ups. Water tank had a crack in it so we just got rid if It to make space for a bigger water heater. Located in Southern Utah.
