Awesome newer shed only a few years old and professionally built by Top Shed. Main building is 12x16 with two additional 6x16 awnings on each side you should be able to remove for transport. It has a divider inside (can easily be removed) making the inside 8x12 on each side with a large loft over one side with aluminum windows. One side has large X-Trim double barn doors and other has a half-lite secure entry door. Both sides have locks and solar powered exhaust vents. We have loved this but got it for goats and chickens and have been using it mostly for storage. I know Top Shed used to offer shed relocation services and have used them in the past for a very reasonable price. I paid $20k only a few years ago and this has been well cared for and will be cleared out and cleaned for its new owners. Selling for $12990. Please only serious inquiries, not interested in trades.
