Selling our 2012 Dutchmen 265BHS. We’ve enjoyed this trailer, but it’s time for us to move on to something else. It is a great layout for families, with bunkbeds in the back and a large slide-out that opens up the living area.

The Good:

• Systems: All appliances are in good working order (AC, furnace, fridge, microwave, stove).
• Maintenance: I recently refreshed many of the exterior seals to keep it weather-tight.
• Tires: The tires are in good shape with no dry rot.
• Upgrades: Just installed new exterior speakers.
• Towability: It’s a comfortable tow for most trucks. Dry weight is 5,726 lbs

Points to Note (Full Disclosure): I want to be upfront about the condition so no one’s time is wasted:

• Exterior: A section of siding on the front passenger side was replaced due to some previous water damage. It is now sealed and solid.
• Floor: There is a small soft spot in the floor in the back corner.
• Interior: There is some minor cosmetic wear on the trim from a previous owner’s dog, but nothing that affects the use of the trailer.

Overall, it’s a solid, functional camper that’s ready to go.
