We have owned this RV for the last 2 years. We drove it to Texas and back plus several trips around both Northern and Southern Utah.

Details:

Ford E350 - Econoline chassis – running strong. New transmission installed just 13,000 miles ago. Replace fuel pump and all belts last year. Power steering works (minor reservoir leak—we just top it off before driving).

Refinished interior: new floors, trim, paint, and blinds.

Sleeps 6 comfortably.

Tires all in good shape. Front tires recently replaced.

Cold A/C.

Furnace, fridge, microwave, stove, and oven all work great.

Onan generator. We did get it to run a couple of times, but it took some work so we mostly used hookups or an external generator for convenience.

Awning is in great shape and comes with a large floor mat.

Black and gray drains and holding tanks all function properly.

Roof patched and stays dry.

Interior walls. Previous owner replaced insulation and wall paper on 4 walls due to water damage; there are 2 smaller walls that had minor damage that never got replaced but the wallpaper was removed and the areas were cleaned dried out and worked great for us.

Comes with a large RV cover for storage protection.

Water tank and pump work, there are leaks throughout the piping—so just we use a 5-gallon jug for fresh water instead.

Includes original manuals and a folder of work documentation.

Clean title in hand.
