We are conducting a public auction on Saturday, February 28, 2026. The contents of two (2) delinquent units are scheduled to be sold at 10:00 a.m. All units are sold as is, in their entirety. Storage Shed sizes being auctioned: 6x10 and 12x34
We are located near Hill AFB in Layton, Utah. Street address is 2550 North Fort Lane—north of Antelope Drive (2000 North) and south of Highway 193 (3000 North). Interested bidders should arrive 10-15 minutes early to register; bidding will begin promptly at 10:00 a.m.
Successful bidders are required to leave a $50-100 deposit, which will be refunded when the unit is empty and clean. Auctioned units must be cleaned out by Wednesday, March 4, 2026. (Please bring your own lock to secure the unit until it is empty.) We accept: Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Money Orders. NO PERSONAL CHECKS.
