This 1995 Wells Cargo Office Trailer / on-site tool storage trailer is ready to use immediately. Recently repainted the interior. It does have a rear door that you can utilize to store tools in the trailer as well as use it as an office trailer. It is insulated. Also has a brand new lock set on the entry door. Its water tight. Has brand new tires, new tongue jack, new trailer wiring and trailer lights work. Takes a 2" Ball. Also recently resealed all the roof seams just as a precautionary measure so it will stay water tight. Doesn't need additional steps to access. Has a pull out step for the door so you can put it in use as soon as it's parked. Has a 240v RV style plug to hook up to Electricity. Could easily be ran on just a 120v extension cord as long as you don't use crazy amounts of power.
