Weekend warrior 30’ toy hauler. In good shape. Can hold a razor 1000 4 door and a 4 wheeler together. Pretty normal wear and tear. Bed in front, two coaches that fold into beds, plenty of room for more mattresses if needed (we normally had 8 sleeping in it) grey and black holding tanks, A/c and heat, porcalin toilet, shower, microwave, fridge and freezer, stove and oven, generator, hot water heater, stereo, lots of storage, water hookup, electric hookup, propane tanks, shade awning has never been used but appears to be ripped.

Dimensions

The door is 7’ 2” tall and 7’ 9” wide. The wheel wells start at 7’ 9” and stick out 8” on each side. First cabinet is at 15’ back from door and sticks out 2’ from wall, kitchen sink cabinet is 19’ from back wall. I can put my 4 wheeler then my 4 person rzr 1000 in it and still have a little room.
