Reduced price from $2500. 1995 Cobra Sandpiper. Inside is in good shape. Needs work. Full memory queen foam matress up front. I bought the trailer for use in a hunting camp, over Winter. Heat, stove, microwave, fridge, A/C all work. I have never used the plumbing or water, to avoid pipes freezing. I haven't pulled out the awning. Everything was working when I bought it. This will need some work that my health, time and space won't allow at this time. I have primer and sealant to do the roof( $250). I just replaced one of the skylights. Seats are fine, no holes. Time for new window covers, drapes are done for (they're ugly anyway).
