Drawers and cabinet open perfectly. Disassembles in several pieces: two twin beds (foot boards, headboards, side rails, wood slats), the desk is one piece, ladder is one piece, and the drawers with storage shelves is one piece. Need a trailer/truck and 2-3 people to move. The twin beds can be moved with one person, but the desk and drawer pieces are extremely heavy. Will be disassembled upon pick up. Easy assembly.
