I turned another of the same model Gregor into my personal fishing boat and it has been awesome! Just don't need 2.

Motor works great, it will need a 12v deep cycle battery. The boat comes with a net, anchor, rope, nav lights, cover, and an old spare.

Trailer tires, and lights were replaced a couple years ago and have not been used since.
