This has the street legal kit . It does need a carb clean it dies if I push the choke all the way in runs ok there . This machine is off a race track it’s only seen a few dirt roads . No odometer or hour gauge . It was always stored under cover but sat in the sun on work days mostly weekends . This rhino hasn’t been ridden much in a few years thus the carb clean .
