It’s in decent condition it has a brand new ac unit and heater it does need a little cosmetic work to be perfect but I have most of the cabinets and I have extra tile for it only 3-4 peices needed in the bathroom and some couches and a bed and title in hand I wanted to restore it and use it but I’m having some truck issues so I need to get rid of it and get as much out of it as I can.
