5th wheel RV trailer with 3 slide-outs. All slide-outs and electrical work just fine. Last time I had it out was about a year ago and AC/Heat both worked great. Tires are in decent shape with lots of tread still left, but they are pretty old. Electric Jack and hand crank still work great. This thing has plenty of space on the inside which is what originally drew me to it.

Now for some of the bad. The roof definitely leaks and there is some water damage on the inside above the sink (pictured). There is also some delamination happening on the driver side (pictured) being held together with tape and a prayer. The water pump works, but the hose that leads to the tank from the filler neck is non-existent. I do have a new one, just never got around to installing.

Could be a great project or if you don't mind the issues it could be used as is...as long as it aint raining.
