We have a seven Sheltie puppies (aka Shetland Sheepdog, or sometimes miniature Collie). The mother is a Sable Merle, and one of her eyes is blue. The father is a Mahogany Sable. The puppies were born January 9. We have left a beautiful mix with four Blue Merles (some with varying blue in one or both eyes), and three Mahogany Sables. The parents are both a little larger than the average Sheltie, so we expect the pups to grow up in the same range.

They will have their vaccines and a preventive deworming done next week, and will be ready for adoption March 6. They just turned 7 weeks old, so if you would like to take it home earlier, that would be fine too.
