Hello everyone I'm a former Part 141 Flight Instructor that is transitioning to instructing independently, and I'm looking to take on new students, as well as time builders. I'm a CFI/CFII offering personalized one-on-one flight and ground instruction tailored to your pace and learning style at the most cost effective rate. I have access and instructor privileges to a Cessna 172SP G1000 with great rates, and discounted block rates as well. I also own a Pipistrel Alpha Trainer with G3X touch and Garmin 650XI. I have 600+ hours total time and 300+ hours dual given. I have over a 90% first time pass rate, with passes from all 3 primary courses (Private, Instrument, Commercial) My goal is to provide high quality flight/ground instruction at the most cost effective rate possible. Rates included are: $25/hr flight instruction $20/hr ground instruction I am also accepting time builders looking to split aircraft rental rates 50/50 to build time.
