This is a Queen sized Futon bed by Kodiak Furniture. With large rolling under bed storage drawers. This has a real wood frame. Very solid in the couch setup or laying flat as a Queen sized bed. The 8" mattress is heavy, durable, and comfortable! It's also has had a 2" gel mattress pad on for added comfort. I can include that as an additional charge if interested. This has seen light use and is still in "like new" condition.

I'll disassemble it for simple transport. Mattress will be the heaviest part. Please bring assistance for pickup.
