2017 Forest River XLR Boost 27QB Toyhauler Trailer

The 27QB is an awesome trailer with a roomy feel. The main box is 27 feet long by 8.5 feet wide. This trailer has a LOT of great features and upgrades.

The cargo area is large enough for a 4 seater SXS. Commander, General, RZR, Wolverine, etc. The flooring was lengthened so there is no weird transition in the middle of the room. Upgraded E-track tie dows for the rear tires go all the way through and tie into steel channel and the frame. Upgraded the rear windscreen with larger zippers to make it easier to use.

3 queen beds allow this trailer to sleep 6 adults very easily. Bunkhouse style queen beds in the back when the machine is out. Queen bed lowers down and the couches make into another queen bed. Walk around queen bed up front. Front bed has been upgraded to true queen size, pillowtop mattress.

Front bedroom can be accessed through the bathroom or hallway. Additional storage under the bed.

Bathroom has hard shower doors and enough space that you can use the restroom without opening the doors or putting a foot up on the counter. If you've ever had a cab-over camper, you know what I'm talking about.

Large fridge (8cf) runs off shore power when plugged in or propane if you're dry camping. 3 burner range top with a convection oven microwave.

TV with CD/DVD/Radio. Indoor and outdoor speakers. Outdoor speakers are illuminated and turn on when the light strip under the awning is on.

35,000 BTU furnace. 15,000 BTU Air conditioner. Air conditioner air box has been sealed to divert max airflow through the ducting.

All entry and bay door locks have been upgraded. Main door has keyless entry with a key fob. Garage door has keyed cambar locks. Generator and cargo bays have combination style locks.

Cargo bay has an oversized access door and a MorRyde 80% travel cargo tray to allow easy access and full use of the bay.

Roof is in excellet shape. Trailer is always stored under an awning unless we're out camping. No tears, cuts, patches, or leaks. All new trim seals.

Onan 4000 watt generator with 70 hours. Fuel station. Levelling system that works with your phone to make for a quick setup.

300 Watts of solar power. (3x 100 watt panels) Upgraded to Renogy AGM batteries 12v batteries can keep the heater going at night and charge back to full the next morning. Locking batery box on the tongue to keep things secure and dry with a 12V power port in case you need to run something like a Starlink.

All-steel radial tires with about 1500 miles on them. Installed in 2024. Load range G rated tires, although the axles and wheels are technically maxed at load range F. Comes with tire pressure monitoring system and 2 spare tires of the same type.

Upgraded to the 100 gallon fresh water tank. Black and grey tanks are 38 gallon. 5 gallon hot water heater.

Hot and cold outside shower. Cold water spray port makes it easy to rinse off your machine before loading.

This trailer has been well taken care of. Lots of pictures, but they don't do it justice.

Tile in hand. Clean title, not rebuilt, refurb, etc.
