ApplePayUltraSwing™ Multi-Fit Spare Tire Hitch Mount by Rig’d Supply. Comes with backup relocation camera, hitch pin lock/key and license plate light kit. I bought this new last summer from Rig’d Supply and it’s as good as new. Garage parked and had a 33” mounted to it. Perfect condition.
Swings open effortlessly, mounts to a 2” receiver hitch, and has another separate 2” receiver for towing. I’ll include links to the website for reference below. I had this mounted on my 2022 Tacoma.
